money Bill

money Bill
   A government Bill mainly concerned with raising money by taxation or authorising the spending of public money. The Speaker has the power to determine which Bills fall into the category and signs a certificate to indicate their status. Under the Parliament Act of 1911, money Bills are not liable to amendment in the House of Lords.
